- Location, customer service
- You walk out the back door and there's the Riverwalk. The breakfast was not only free. It was amazing lots to choose from!!! The two free complementary drinks in the evening topped it off.
- Great location, breakfast was wonderful but most of all the friendly staff. The staff is what makes this place a fantastic place to stay while in San Antonio.
Cons -
- Business center was not available
- They were due renovations for the bathrooms by the pool so if you need to use the bathroom, you had to go all the way up in your room that's telling you how many people are probably peeing in the damn pool. Workout had a water dispenser, but didn't work.
