Pros +

• The staff was amazing they were very respectful and nice
• They were able fix the issue of being double charged.
• I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and professional, and they made sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and convenient location. I’d definitely stay here again

Cons -

• The door wouldn’t open, the handle was fallin off. The toilet was runnin The Whole time I stayed there. The bathroom tub floor was very uneven like it was broken underneath it.
• Room wasn't ready when we got there at 4:15. We waited over 2 hours for our room to be ready. Even at that point, there were issues with our reservation. According to hotel, our payment had not gone through even though I had email confirmation through booking.com that it had, and also bank statement confirmation that the payment had been successful. To be fair, we were eventually given a room with 2 full beds when our reservation was just for a room with 1 queen bed. It was very obvious that the front desk worker was extremely overwhelmed and it seemed like the hotel was short-staffed. Also, the shower in our room did not work. Upon checkout, the payment issue was still unresolved and they said they would reach out to us at a later date.
• The room I originally booked wasn’t available so I was given two full instead of queens. I found dead roaches and bugs between the bed and wall. The towels were stained.
