Pros +
- the front desk was awesome. And breakfast was great.
- That is was new?.the decor and the rooms.?.especially loved the shower and location.?near a lot of restaurants

Cons -
- After midnight, the room got hot and wouldn?t cool off. Thermostat read 65 but room temp was 73.?very muggy and uncomfortable
- Room was unclean. Debris on the bathroom floor, trash cans not emptied. Shower struggled to hold pressure. Bath fan would not shut off and ran continuously. Air conditioner was malfunctioning and make a loud clicking noise when the fan would run.
- Con: Maids only come if you request something. Pro: Maids come if you request something. Con: Maids ONLY do what you ask (i.e. deliver fresh towels) and NOTHING else (i.e. like take soiled towels away). Con: Aren't we paying for daily maid service???

Pro: Situated right on I-35, easy off/on. Con: you hear every bit of that traffic if you choose a king size room as we did. Pro: Staff moved us to another room without any problem. Con: it was a queen room and we lost the walk-in shower
