There was bedbugs everywhere n they bit myself n children n grandchild we complained n they did not want to listen to or switch us rooms we were disgusted
Many roaches and the bath towels were in poor condition
Outdated hotel (rooms/building) dirty (room/grounds/building), trash everywhere, no room service during our stay (had to go to front office for clean towels and had to take out my own trash, breakfast was basically non-existent, juice machine broken,
