- the room was great
- Spacious room, bed was very comfortable, towels were large and soft, hotel wasn't noisy...this all makes for a very enjoyable stay.
- Location, spacious, great stuff.
Cons -
- Through no fault of the hotel, the water pressure is not very good - blame the city of Plano for that
- Lacks some attention to detail cleaning. Especially under the furniture. Bed and sofa.
- Breakfast was mediocre and Wan not kept refreshed until 10am. All three mornings stuff was cleaning up over an hour early.
