Cons -

Cockroaches near bed. They were alive crawling by our heads.
The room was clean, but I encountered 3 cockroaches and 1 spider. The hallway smelt moldy.
No room service, roaches , holes in walls , fridge froze all our stuff, room door had cracks overall worst experience ever we checked out early ,we have never been more disgusted and will report this place to cooperate.
