Staff , Location & Price. It was relatively clean. Shower could?ve been cleaner.
Has big fridge, good size sink, big microwave, electric stove, huge bed, good size shower, big screen tv plenty of room a ceiling fan

Cons -

Didn?t know it was a Modular Home. The Bed was lumpy & uncomfortable. No handicap handles in shower & staff indicated no handicap rooms.
More coffee needs to be put in rooms along with creamers sugars. Pillows and bed were hard. Step railings were loose. Was not at all handicapped accessible for those with disabilities.
