- The room was filthy. There was visible blood on the walls, the toilet was dirty etc. Second night (even worse): Unfortunately, we didn’t discover the full extent of the problem until the next morning. The beds mattress was covered in blood. Not old stains

- Room was not cleaned well, overall state of room in need of repair, stains everywhere, crayon on walls, smelled of wet dog everywhere.

TV not working. Hot water only warm. No cups/glasses in room. Inadequate toiletries in room. Commode water ran on its own intermittently. Debris on floor not from me,
