- The room was as viewed online. The bed is comfortable and the room is beautifully set up.
- management was very helpful very knowledgeable of their job
- It was convenient. Rooms spacious. Breakfast decent
Cons -
- Didn't have the option for late check out.
- there was nothing to put out very good service
- The staff was not helpful. They gave us one word answers We asked for towels and were told we are on the schedule. What time who knows . After waiting for 11/2 hrs we had to track down an employee. Room was never cleaned and coffee was not replenished. We were there for 3 nights. We would not recommend to future relatives who are going to visit.

The fact that it was down the street from my son soccer tournament.
It was dirty. There was hairs on the shower. The walls were dirty. The toilet paper was half empty sink cut hairs. The floors seem like they never been mopped or swept before for the location. It was utterly disgusting.
