We paid for a kingsize bed but got a queen size; initially, they put us in a room that was not handicapped accessible. The hotel location is not in a good area of town and there was an incident while we were there. The toilet was dirty when we checked in.
They didn?t have enough supplies. No extra bedding, no extra towels. Nothing for the sofa bed.
