- Clean and friendly staff.
- The evening desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The gentleman, an older African American man, answered every question I had about where to eat and shop and gave wonderful helpful advice. He created an exceptional experience for me!
- Booked for 2 nights. Became ill first night so cancelled 2nd night. Desk clerk very accommodating saying would not charge for 2nd night.
Cons -
- It is difficult to access restaurants, shopping, and services and get back to the hotel.
- Tricky getting to it as we have no GPS.
