- Everything. Room was dirty with damp floor in main room, toilet flooded the bathroom every time it was flushed. Staff would not allow us to change rooms, just told us to call for a refund but then they cancelled the rest of our stay, called us racialslur

- There was no cold water in shower and toilet didn't flush
