- Nothing was good, I was given a smoking room. My original booking was at SureStay Hotel by Best Western Laredo but there was no room available there.

- It does not belong ad a 2.5 star hotel. Maybe 1.5star. Staff was ok. The location is not one I'd recommend for family or couples. My wife almost busted her head on the slippery bathtub. My son slipped as well. The walls are thin. Not worth the $80.
- My room was supposed to be non smoking and was given a smoking room as my booking was at SureStay Hotel by Best Western Laredo and this place was full. Booking number R335142.
