Pros +

• The property is located close enough to Fort Hood and other amenities. The kitchen/living room was separate from the beds which made it feel roomy. The bathroom was nice too. The courtyard was a cute area that felt welcoming and a fun place to hang out.

Cons -

• The room we had definitely could use some fresh paint everywhere. The walls were pretty marked up and dirty, while everything else was clean. Also, the digital key feature on the app never worked, and due to unfortunate circumstances, the one keycard I had got lost for a minute, so we couldn’t access our room. The property manager did her best to help me with the digital key, and even though I could tell she was VERY put out, she did come and eventually open our room. I tried everything that she suggested over the phone, but the app just wouldn’t work. Her attitude and demeanor was unpleasant and rude, but I also can understand her frustration. I hope that she can find ways to view things in a more positive manner because she is very knowledgeable and good at all the other aspects of her job.
