Pros +
- Front desk staff were great and room was clean.
- It was a very nice Suite with a kitchenette and all the amenities of home!
- Super convenient to DFW. Suite was amazing (even had a dishwasher!) AC was nice & cold. Nice weight room. Price was great! Well definitely stay again.
Cons -
- The hotel gave away my room. I called around 3 pm to notify them that I had a late flight and would not be checking in until after midnight. They told me I was all set. When I showed up for a room they were completely booked and said this happens.
- The microwave kept tripping the circuit. To me, that is a safety concern. It happened every time the microwave was being used. The front desk took it seriously but when management were notified they could care less. Nothing was done. Unacceptable!!!!
- Could not check in 30 mins early! Parking is limited to park & fly guest, which took up most of the small lot avail! On our second day, the elevator went out for over 24hrs & we were on the 3rd floor & had to go up/down stair even the am of checkout
