Pros +
- Friendly staff and clean room. This is not a 5-star hotel, but for the price and size it was surprisingly clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay.
- Nothing was best at all
- Great hotel and customer service
Cons -
- Upon arrival, there was no soap in the room (for hand washing or showering)! The front desk told me they were out of soap until the next morning at 8 a.m. At 4:20 a.m. the next door room had a loud party; had to call the front desk 3x to get help.
- The only (small) issue I had is the tile for the patio area. It is very smooth, which is not ideal for an area that is prone to frequent rain as it becomes very slippery. This could be a corporate decision, so I don?t hold it against the individual hotel.
- I came from work late night and the TV wasn't working. I had to go down the stairs twice to get a working remote. Once I got one the TV doesn't play any channels or apps. I couldn't watch any There was no hangers to hang my clothes, toddler size soap.
