The ambience of the hotel is amazing. The location is good.The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.
There is no complimentary breakfast. The reception area can be too rowdy with too many people.

Overall excellent hotel , I like place and locations , staff are very friendly , hotel rooms and facilities are above than standard
some kind coffees and water supply need in the room , if some guest required small fresh fruits

Hotel is very clean and rooms were comfortable.
It was a very nice hotel, but after fees and taxes, it was quite pricey for a hotel in Houston. I found a hair left over in my shower wall so that wasn't up to par with a 5 star experience but everything else was so nice and clean, I didn't mind as much.
