good price, location, and layout
It was nice to have room with two beds in separate rooms, a larger refrigerator and microwave and cook top. It was nice that they supplied some cookware and dishes even a table and chairs which was nice. It was like a small apartment. The price.
Bed was absolutely soft

broken shower and toilet seat, no soap
There were ants in the kitchen. It was missing silverware to eat. The living room furniture, the carpets, curtains and walls were filthy dirty. But worse they had the water turned off because of a water main break. Shouldn't have been renting rooms.
Tub was slip resistant and security on the door.

There were men fighting in front of my door. They caused me to be late to work, I was on a business trip. The hallways smelled like smoke.
