Location for us was excellent. Took us straight to Houston Methodist. Very clean and friendly staff.

great location, clean rooms, awesome pool
breakfast wasnt good.. the lady in charge put a "out of order sign" on pancakes just because she changed the bag of batter twice in ten minutes! her words were "i dont want to change it anymore, its ridiculous"!

Location was perfect. Facility was nice and clean
I really didn't appreciate the price gouging!!! On a regular day when no concerts are going on the room is regularly $135 but because a big band Metallica came you all raised the price to $450!!!!!!! That is ridiculous and honestly very disgusting. Horrible way of making $.

Just the friendliest staff. Help so much. From the front desk to bar/food to security. Rooms clean and well outfitted. And, so close to Houston Methodist.
