The hotel was clean staff was very pleasant .Overall it was a great stay.

The Breakfast could have been better .

Everything was good

Overall, the hotel was clean and in a good location. The shuttle personnel was also good and 100% more helpful than the staff at the counter.The only staff member who was kind was the chef at breakfast.

The attitude of the check-in staff, they were very unfriendly and not very helpful. They need to have training in customer service.

Right by the airport so good for one night if you have an early flight. Rooms were cleaned well.

There’s another hotel with the exact same name that’s on the opposite side of the airport. Be careful not to go to the wrong one. That should be clearly advertised. I walked to the hotel then found out it was the other one I had booked. So I took an Uber to the other hotel and the driver told me that this mistake happens constantly. The staff were hardly at the front desk in the evening and they didn’t seem to care about their jobs at all. The girl working at the front in the morning was quite lovely though. Breakfast wasn’t very good.

The key card system was not working, so had to be let back into room every time by staff with the master key! That was annoying/inconvenient.. but things happen.

Room was clean, beds comfortable.

Room was SO HOT. Very stuffy. Even set on the lowest setting of 60 degrees all night long, the fan did pretty much nothing. It was also very loud when it was on. Bonus....☹️The room was far too hot all night and the window did not open for any relief.It was horrible. We barely slept. Should have just stayed at the airport for the night.Shuttle was good.

The cleanliness of the room

I was told that my $60 deposit would be returned to my account today but until now I have not received the money.

Always clean and maintained well by staff. Which by the way I would like to add that, Libby the front desk receptionist, is amazing! Very welcoming and does her best to service your needs making your stay there feel even better! This is def one of my go-to hotels I like to stay at! Not only only because of Libby and the rest the wonderful staff but because that place is truly a good nice hotel for a very affordable price!!THANKS RAMADA BY WYNDAM STAFF!! Keep the great work and positivity!

The one and only thing that I don’t like at the property would have to be that the bar is not open yet :( … I believe they’re looking for bartenders to have it open so if any bartenders out there are looking for a job, definitely go to the Ramada on JFK and inquire about it. And that’s it

Clean room, included parking,convenient location, low price was appreciated especially considering the state of the hotel elevator (we were told it was out of order so we dragged our bags up two flights, only to find out it was working)

lacked plugs for appliances, signage was completely unprofessional ( paper taped to the walls), staff unfriendly except for shuttle driver, shuttle driver lacked knowledge of airport, shuttle return unavailable and unable to reach hotel by phone upon return to airport.

The location is good definitely if you come or go to the airport
