Rooms are comfortable, spacious and tidy. The room has air conditioning, coffee/tea maker, microwave and fridge. Very convenient access to the airport (IAH). Good choice of breakfasts, lunch or dinner also available (for an extra charge)

Location is good. Property is clean.
1. No House-keeping on call. They keep saying someone's coming, but nobody does2. In-room facilities are disappointing. The coffee maker didn't work. There is no kettle or no way to support warm water or milk3. The staff is unfriendly. Standard answer to every request was No, without bothering to support the request differently if not possible directly4. Did not replenish anything during room cleaning.

1. Waited almost one hour for the shuttle at the airport.2. The shower system at the bathroom was broken.3. Limited selection for the breakfast and the coffee machine was broken.

Staff,OLA at evening checkin was excellent!The evening waitress was excellent and the food was cooked to our satisfaction. The room was clean and presentable. The evening pickup shuttle driver as well as the morning driver were excellent.
