Pool and the breakfast was great. We arrived late and the worker at the desk was awesome and very nice. It's an A+ for him. Overall my stay was great I will definitely be booking again???

Cleanliness, pillows and soft bed. Gym was clean. Parking was great, coffee all day is fantastic. Oatmeal was great

CABLE, CABLE. No menu and it did cut in and out.One treadmill in the gym didn't work. Breakfast was medicore, what happen to scrambled eggs and potatoes? Need more options.

Outdated. I could tell they’d cleaned everything that day but the floor/carpets in the rooms and hallways NEED to be replaced. Asked for a non smoking room, didn’t seem promising after getting off the elevator and being slapped in the face by cigarette smell. Room was very humid and muggy when we arrived. We would’ve picked another place if we had extra room in the budget to not wait for a refund from here

Location and price. Nice hotel. We were celebrating our 41 wedding anniversary.

The staff was unconcerned about the needs and special requests for the disabled. Although they saw that we was disable and my husband was on a walker and had a wheelchair. They dishonor the requests stated on booking and gave us a small standard room with a broken tvTV.. We had to wait a hour and half after several calls to the desk. Later brought a old dusty tv sitting on a dusty cabinet from storage with concerns of Covid. We could not continue our stay because my husband could not use commode it was too low being he readonly had hip surgery. We were told that we will be charged for the day, so we stayed and check out the next morning. The pool area was indoors and was closed in 105 degrees in Houston. The spa and patio was open but pool area lights was off therefore who would walk through a dark room with a uncoverd pool to get to a spa in the corner . A loss of money.

Rooms need updating

The coffee was certainly a very good product. The breakfast was very convenient but lack any real uniqueness. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The layout of the bathroom caused me to hit my head on the towel rack every time I opened the door from the inside.

Hotel staff was great. My room was very clean.
