The location is fine for our needs. The manager was fair at helping us get better accommodations. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
This property has deteriorated a lot since we stayed here in June 2025. The room we were booked in was nasty upon entering ( food stains littered the walls, doorways, chairs and bathroom were in poor condition and the couch was filthy with stains). After calling front desk to inform them about the poor conditions we were offered housekeeping and I refused it because the room needed a deep clean and repair. Once at the reception area speaking to the desk person I explained this and that it was my Anniversary celebration and the lady/person tried to pass me off to her manager who was standing by and I said as much and he replied "I can hear everything, go ahead" she wasn't much for what I had to offer as a complaint and so the manager took over. He asked me to walk with him to see another room and we did that and the new room was better in cleanliness but had a wobbly refrigerator, lopsided cabinets and open garbage disposal with no stopper, my wife killed a roach that ran from behind the cutting board. Listen the property has gone down and I am not recommending it to anyone

Location was great. Only 5 minutes from airport and 25 min from downtown. Felt safe at the location.
The property itself was clean. The Landry facility was free. Pool was open majority of the day. Breakfast was pretty decent. Dinning are needed more attention. Was a little dirty and AC didn’t work well in that area. Room was clean.

Everything with this hotel is perfect including outstanding customer service performed by hotel employee.This hotel is one of the best around.
There's nothing I dislike about this hotel. It's simply perfect.

I enjoyed the breakfast. When housekeeping was available, they did a good job making sure the room was clean. The staff was friendly, especially the late evening check in staff.
I didn't like there was no staff on weekends to clean your room. I saw a Roach crawling on the nightstand. This should warrant the facility to have a weekend clean-up staff.
