Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff and very helpful. Good value for the price I paid.

The receptionist upfront was amazing upon check-in. Process was quick and easy, respectful and overall just a great experience. Comfort level of this hotel was by far the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place for others as well.

The pool overall does not look same. Could not find the iron located in room 410.

The room was cleaning

The staff was rude ! The breakfast was not good and barely anything was put out. I had booked a two queen room and ended up with a queen and a pull out sofa. The sofa has no sheets on it

The rooms were nice, location was okay for why we were there from. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable room had a bad smell

No hot water didn’t find out till we got to the room, breakfast was horrible, the staff seemed like they hated their job it was hot in lobby area, the website say no pets allowed but finding out it’s pet friendly so I was not okay about that, the staff had no information to give for surrounding area to shop or to eat at, it was I don’t know answers to everything no one was never at front desk they only gave a set of towels for the room so had to ask for extra towels for the husband I will never stay there again and I usually an understanding person but it was not worth the money and I will disrupt the extra day charge on credit card because we only stayed 1 days after founding out it will be no hot water til after Memorial Day

Staff was never at front desk or answered phones. There was no hot water the whole time I stayed.

Breakfast was a bit plain (no hot options besides waffles).

The location and the size of the room. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The hotel had a weird smell. The fitness center had equipment that was either rusted or did not work. There were some shady looking individuals around the hotel.

Room was good and clean.

Breakfast -No eggs or meat.No butter just squeeze liquid.Found extra room charge to my account.Jennifer T took care of this.Always someone is smoking weed.
