Room was huge, comfortable and very clean. Hotel staff were always very helpful - opening the kiosk out of hours and taking in a delivery on my behalf. Check in and check out was great. Location is great - walkable around downtown and generally safe (felt less safe further east around Main Street etc.).
Valet is expensive but worth paying for, and a fast efficient service.

Great downtown location. Went to an Astros game and it was a quick walk across the street. Had a few drinks before and after the game at the hotel bar and it was full of others doing the same. Ordered room service and it was great. Valet and all other staff are always pleasant and helpful.
No complaints at all.

Great staff. Immaculate room. Very quiet room. Wonderful shower. Very close to Minute Maid park for baseball games! Several very good restaurants within easy walking distance.

go to a astros game every year, location to the stadium is across the street. the hotel has great food and a well stocked bar. it has become our go to hotel
