The hotel was undergoing renovations, so the front desk staff worked diligently to overcompensate for what a mess the hotel was. They upgraded our room to a junior suite, and gave us a free bottle of wine. That was nice.

I loved the location!

The shower in room 1011 had no water pressure and was cold. Compounded by the fact that there is no shower door, this was the worst shower I have ever experienced. (First world problems, nonetheless)
