Pros +
- The staff was friendly and helpful
- Breakfast was good. Rooms were cleaned well. Excellent front desk manager who provided quality professional service.
- It was right across the street from the Toyota Center, which is where we were attending. The room was clean and the attendants were all nice and helpful.
Cons -
- Floors in the rooms felt like they were fakilling so room leaned. First room was crooked bed was leaning bathroom smelled like mold. Second room they gave us was crooked as well. Bathroom was better but floor was so crooked the shower door stayed open
- I booked 2 rooms, one of them had issues that needed maintenance to fix. Small inconvenience, overall good experience.
- There was a night club a couple blocks down and we could hear every beat and note they played. Not the hotel's fault, but it could bother other guests who stay there, especially on a Saturday night. There were also hairs in the shower.
