- One of the 3 employees that I had contact with was wonderful.
- Close to NRG to attend the event we were in town for
- I did not like anything about this hotel. Will NEVER stay there again.
Cons -
- First, I was in room 203. The whole floor stunk like weed, urine, smoke, sweat, alcohol. It was horrible. Our room did NOT have a phone, there was hair all in the bath rub, water marks all over the place, it smelled horrible. All night, we were being
- No soap in the restroom and a staff member stated shed get housekeeping to bring some up, however we never got any. Shuttle service was not available that day, the driver went home early The AC unit was very loud.. roaches in restroom.
- Everything! The location is sketchy. The whole place reeks of fabuloso. In my original room, the air didn't work so had to change rooms. Maids were loud in hall in morning. Light shined in all around the door.
