The location was convenient for my plans and a fairly quiet area.

Someone attempted to enter my room. I still have not received the incidental deposit. The bed was not clean.

OK area of town, close to the IAH airport. It's not the best area but if you have to stay close to the airport or for any other reason it was a good choice. Had several good restaurants across the freeway that were easy to get to. We came in late our first night and there was a security guard in a car parked in the parking lot. I liked that they were there. The kitchenette was great. Linens were clean. Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable.

The hot tub was not hot. I wish that was working better.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi was very slow for a hotel. I was on second floor which also had pets so the ahllway did smell of wet dog. Gym was OK. Kitchenette was good. Free laundry all worked well.

The lobby and hallways looked clean, and the staff seemed friendly. The room was clean, and everything we needed was available and functional in the room. We saw the security on property the whole time. The parking lot was clean.

Our room had an old musty smell. I figured it was an old building, or the AC filter needed changing. Only one elevator was working, and it sounded like it was also struggling.

Clean rooms. Have a full kitchenette. Friendly staff.

Windows are locked .. Which is not helpful if you heated or prepared any food. No daily service to clean. But they would vacuum if you requested.

No breakfast for a 100 dollar room stinks.

Great location and easy to navigate the area

Our room was more than dirty. The shampoo container was empty as well as the tissue box. There were toes clippings and the clippers on the floor by the bed and wall.
