This place is a great value! It was clean and the staff were friendly. My bed was spacious and comfortable, and the room has a mini fridge and microwave. I encountered Milan the most, he is very kind and we had some nice conversations!I come to Houston at least once a year and I’ll definitely be back. It’s close to the cousin I visit in town.
My only complaint is the water temperature. It wasn’t as hot as I would have liked. My shower wasn’t unpleasant by any means but I would have liked hotter water

Spacious comfortable room.
Room was on the first floor right in front where the driveway is and smelled like smoke. It had a stink.

Fridge and microwave are clean and looks as new condition. Room is clean from every corner and furniture condition is very good. I did not observed anybody hanging out in corridors which is good. I saw many 2 stars hotels but this one on the top. 3 stars standards. Stayed almost 2 weeks. Very suitable for a solo traveler for business.

I basically just tried to book a cheap motel, but even though the price is low this hotel is NOTHING like the crappy Motel 6 or Super 8s you find around the country. Large room, very clean, friendly staff etc. This is of course not the Ritz Carlton, but in the "cheap motel" category, this is a 10/10.

Pretty new and clean rooms and facility. Quiet and safe place
Location is next to a industrial warehouse and at front of the hwy.

The room was cleaned every day, they replace sheets and towels which is very nice. Room was very spacious and had very good air-conditioning.
It was extremely hard to explain over the email that I'm arriving one day later because my flight was delayed and that I will pay the total price for the room, they just need to save reservation.
