That it was close to the highway and The Water was hot.

Cons -

The room lights were malfunctioning and the a/c filters had not been cleaned in what seemed to be months. They tried to charge me a higher rate, but corrected it when I caught it on my bill.
No cars in the parking lot. The lobby was filled with trash and could not be entered. No one at the night checking. Rang for several minutes before some one came. Told her I was canceling my reservation and when she asked why. 2 drug busts there that nite
The outside appearance of the hotel is in need of repair. The rooms was musty smelling. The towel was small.

It was very conveniently located, just minutes from downtown. Very clean room, and the shower was really hot with great water pressure, which a lot of hotels are lacking.
