Pros +
- Pool area was nice and clean
- Located where we wanted to be. Decent room, breakfast was good, and staff was very nice and easy to work with. The hotel honored my booking change (I had email backup) at no additional charge even though the updates did not show in their system
- The staff were all very friendly and helpful
Cons -
- Walk in shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, sheets smelled musty and had to be changed. Room was so humid our clothes felt damp. They turned our air way up when they cleaned the room so it was HOT when we got back and took forever to cool off.
- Had to ask for new towels and toilet paper be provided. We did need to request the pool to be cleaned so we could use it.
