Yes, the towels were dirty and when we call to get more no one could get us any, plus the bathroom sink was stopped up.
I notified the front desk IÂ¿ll be a late arrival. Once I arrive to the hotel the on-call staff was not available and did not answer the phone. I was stranded outside for hour and a half calling the on-call staff to check into my room.
It was dirty,it had a bad smell in the elevator, the floor had condensation which was dangerous for me since I use a cane.The elevator broke down and staff didn't seem to care

The room and the cleanliness

The hotel was secure and felt safe because of card to enter every door is needed so no outsiders will enter without a card.

The desk person dropped my brand new phone and scratched all the screen up
