- Hotel guest was great. Rooms were very clean
- Great customer service . All around cleaness . Great hot breakfast. Nice pool area. Great location! * I forgot my service pet papers, but they allowed us to stay, anyway!! We will be repeat customers

Cons -
- Could have extra complementary shampoo and conditioner.
- The whole experience was horrible.check in time was not honored, room was actually nit very clean, no towels had to go to front desk or get towel. The hotel only has two girls doing the rooms. Our room was not clean the second day day.
- Front desk staff Jessica in morning shift is very rude and I was denied a receipt.
