- The room was actually so spacious I think I want to try requesting it the next time lol! The staff was THE BEST

- staff didn't speak English and caused me to haul luggage twice as far. the washer and dryer didn't work. the elevator didn't work causing me with a bad heart to walk stairs. the room wasn't maintained. the repairs done in the room were amateur at best.

- The plumbing was messed up the water link the hotel didn't have working phones for service house keeping didn't clean our rooms the 5 days we were there couldn't reach the front desk no phones and no front desk person half the time
