Pros +

The staff from the front desk, valet and bellhop. Everyone was so kind and welcoming!
There are so many restaurants and lounges around the area. It was walkable. The hotel staff was so nice. I called about an issue I was having with the room. They fixed the problem and called me to make sure I was satisfied. Definitely will be back.
Location is great, staff very friendly and accomodating, many great restaurants and bars nearby, seemed family friendly and wholesome

Cons -

The beds and pillows were pretty awful. Bring your own pillow.
DJ Music at their beautiful pool was WAY TOO LOUD, DEAFENING, was impossible to read book poolside.
Housekeeping, loud pool area, shower leaks, restaurant is terrible . We checked out a day early.
