Very clean
Ease of location - reputation of Fairfield Marriott properties.
Comfortable bed, good AC, quiet where I was on third floor away from elevators.

Cons -

Many issues with key to room not working correctly.. Also, accidentally assigning us a room that already had somebody in it?
The shower grout on the show base was moldy, needed replacing to refresh the room.
First impressions are important. The carpet on ALL the luggage carts was absolutely filthy. I didn?t even want to put my suitcase on it. Overall, the hotel seems a little tired, in need of renovation. Wasn?t worth $---. Much more I could say.

The General Manager is an awesome person! We accidentally left my young child?s two favorite stuffed animals in our room and didn?t realize this until hundreds of miles away. She located and shipped them back to us promptly making my child?s day. Awesome
