Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice location. Easy to walk to restaurants and night life. Restaurant and coffee bar on site were great.

valet parking is $48 for one night;they didn't do room service for us for two days so we ended up in switching to another room.

Staff is polite and knowledgeable, one issue I had (remote didn¿t work) was resolved in five minutes. Location is ideal for downtown strolling/shopping/dining. Room was clean, with high quality bedding. I couldn¿t have asked for more value.

There is nothing I can say good about this hotel
I was charged 50.00 a day for parking when I didn¿t even park in the garage. The amenities listed are non existent. Over priced. Bed wasn¿t even comfortable . It is not a 4 star hotel. If you wanted coffee you had to pay 5 for a small . Ridiculous

Great location, pretty clean, and friendly staff.
The door to the bathroom had to be moved just right to close and there were problems with flushing the toilet. For the price, I think there should have been a microwave in the room, as there was no way to warm up leftovers that we put in the fridge.

Proximity to local downtown attractions. I¿ve stayed here before and usually have a nice room. Free Internet, there is free street parking at certain times.
room on the 3rd floor north tower. Entering the dark room I tripped over a bench that was right where the door opens. Probably not where it was supposed to be but it was in the walkway. Room showed its age. Open curtains to see view of rooftop a/c units.

The room was clean. Staff is very professional.
Location is a little sketchy. Hotel is way outdated. Had to pay $25 to park in their parking garage. On check in, had to pay an additional $35 in hidden fees. Why is that not already included in my initial bill? Not even a 4 star hotel. Not worth the $!
