- the desk clerk was professional and the manager was accommodating in getting my refund processed quickly. There was no ugliness in the staff at all. I only had interactions w/ mngr and the desk clerk, but both were very pleasant to speak with

Cons -
- NO HANDRAILS IN BATHROOM GETTING IN OR OUT TUB. NO WAY TO MAKE WATER COME THROUGH FAUCET TOTAKE A BATH, THE TV GAVE US TROUBLE EVEY NIGHT. WHEN CALLLING FOR HELP FROM FRONT DESK, THE WOULD SAY DIFFERENT THINGS EVERY NIGHT ONE NIGHT HUNG UP ON ME
- it had water pouring from the lite fixture in the main lobby. The room we were given had brown stains in the bed sheets and couch and curtains; the room itself smelled gross. The beds were roughly made and the linen was dirty. I did not feel safe at all.
