Great location, lots nearby shopping and resteraunts. Clean large rooms. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was exceptional. Would highly reco.end a stay here while in El paso.

great location, near the airport, restaurants, near the freeway.
breakfast lounge. female person Monday morning was just standing in room behind food self service area, being judgemental and vocal when we did not see any “ gloves to be used” sign in order toserve our selves. No visible sign is posted.She should make certain that food in covered trays is ACTULLY Hot. Potatos and eggs were not even warm!she did cone out into the food area but only to converse with a guest.

The rooms are clean and great in size, and it seems to have a nice outside pool. The location is also good with easy access to roads. The fact that it is pet-friendly is a plus.
We stayed here two times. The first time was pretty good safety-wise, but the second time, even though the hotel facilities have signs requesting guests to keep masks on when inside the building, the majority of guests were not respecting this.

This was overall my 5th night staying at this hotel on multiple occasions, and it has always been a great stay. The location is great, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Great location. Good size room.
They charged me an extra $150 for a supposed cleaning fee. Room was left very clean. Tried to dispute and was not able to.

Spacious, comfortable room.
Advertised as pet friendly, but pet fees were extremely high--nearly doubling the price for a one night stay.

Room was very clean. Staff very professional and curteous. Weve stayed there before and the room was the same as in other visits.
