Friendly and helpable staff
They couldn't accept my visa cart from Banorte And they don't accept cash. So I had to wait almost an hour to check-in the head to force. My visa cart.

Our room was very spacious, even for just my husband and I. We enjoyed the room to spread out a bit and relax, even if only there for the night. Great kudos for Ernesto! He seemed like the jack of all trades and jumped in to assist with breakfast - clearing dishes, checking our needs and then was our shuttle driver to the airport in the morning to collect our car rental. Great location for close to airport and easy to get to.
The website states airport shuttle, one of the things we needed since we had a late flight. Upon landing at the airport, we were then informed the shuttle had stopped running an hour ago so then we needed to quickly find transportation, which was unexpected and a little frustrating. Our reservation showed that breakfast was included in the price, but we ended up having to pay for a slow service of made to order breakfast. From the reservation," Meal PlanBreakfast is included in the final price".

Staff was warm, friendly and helpful without exception. Room size was quite good and included a king bed and sitting area that was nice.
At check in i was asked to sign a separate sheet of paper that i understood my room to be non smoking. When my wife and i entered our assigned room it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke which was quite disgusting.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.
Our only complaint was the water for the shower didn’t get very hot.
