Pros +
- The staff very friendly and smelled nice.
- The price was the only ok thing
- Absolutely nothing.
Cons -
- Very run down, bathroom had many bad up keep, floors dirty, plaster falling apart from roof. outdoor needs paint job and some decor. Lobby needs major up keep, counters, paint n furniture.
- It was dirty with dirty paper under front of bed and wasnt vacuumed
- The staff was extremely unhelpful and condescending to me. They treated me as if I was some rift raft trailer trash trying to mooch a room.

The staff very friendly and smelled nice.
Very run down, bathroom had many bad up keep, floors dirty, plaster falling apart from roof. outdoor needs paint job and some decor. Lobby needs major up keep, counters, paint n furniture.

Nothing
This building is falling apart, it should be out of service, shut down, until it’s safe, there’s water leaks , TV’s not working, elevator smells like something is burning 🔥
