Staff was not professional. For example, i came to the front desk, nobody was there. I called like hello. She came and said what happened. And kinda bad mood and attitude. And they sell water for $5.

Location was good with nice restaurants within walking distance

Luggage carts in morning departure were missing for hours. Had to hand carry everything out to car.

The hotel is nice. The suite was large. Great place if you don't have pets.

They charge a $75 non-refundable pet deposit which I feel is steep. There is no grassy area anywhere for dogs to go. Lots of gravel if your dogs will use that. Mine won't. The road that the hotel is on is trashy. Which is unfortunate.

Hampton Inn is always our first choice when traveling. The rooms are always clean. Staff is friendly and helpful grood breakfasts and large rooms.

The location was perfect. Easy off and on main road. Starbucks was just around the corner ?Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the breakfast but I'm sure it was delicious.The room was so big, since we have kids, I'm glad they gave us a room on the first floor. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean.

decent size rooms and available parking. the complimentary breakfast was great. a lot of varieties to choose from- fresh waffles, eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, juice, cereal and more. Another plus is that the coffee bar is open all day.

The staff wasn’t as nice and some of the reviews claim. I was not really greeted upon arrival as staff had a very neutral face like she didn’t care to be there. The website says they are abiding by CDC guidelines but the staff behind the desk did not have their masks on.Also when I called to get a crib for my son brought up I was initially told to go get it at the front desk myself- which with a baby wouldn’t have been the easiest task. thankfully the staff member decided to bring it up to the room. Lastly, upon arrival my hot water wasn’t working so I called the front desk. The staff member repeatedly asked me if I was sure it wasn’t working. After I explained everything to her she still came up to the room to check it herself before having it repaired. which was time consuming and I also never got a follow up on the repair just had to wait to shower the next day to realize the issue had been resolved.
