Great stay, liked the bar area, everything clean comfortable and up-to-date. Nice staff too.
The one downside was the location - it’s downtown but I would have liked better restaurant options right nearby. I walked to a great taco place, but it was a significant walk.

Great and very helpful staff. Spacious rooms.
Very soft bed - and the fact that there isn't a breakfast buffet. You get couchers to use at the restaurant downstairs (which has great food) - where one needs to order from a menu

Rooms were super clean, bar was actually good with good food. Pool is a big plus. Parking is reasonably priced, and the valet service is fast and friendly. 100% would stay here again.
No big complaints… downtown El Paso isn’t the greatest, but didn’t seem dangerous.

Location was good. Room was in corner, so it was nice and quiet.
Bathroom was a little blah.

Location and amenities were nice.
The room felt dated…Old tile and pan in shower. The property seems very 70’s by design, but it seems dated even though it was renovated in the relatively recent past. Seems overpriced for the quality of what you get.

It has a great location. Very clean
The valet service. I’d like the freedom of a free parking garage and able to go to my vehicle as I please, as oppose to if I’m just leaving.

I love this hotel! The staff is always so friendly. Our dogs are welcomed too! Mamacitas Restaurant located in the hotel is excellent for all meals. The rooms are clean and spacious for sleep, work and relaxing.
Not a thing!

The close proximity to downtown El Paso & all it has to offer. Very convenient location!
Not spending enough time on the premises.

Great location and beautiful room.
My expensive pizza had no pizza sauce! Brownie dessert was frozen solid-kids couldn’t eat it. The pool was cloudy and full of very inappropriate people and bar trash around the pool. I booked because I thought it was family friendly. People visiting the bar and not staying at hotel need to be monitored by bar management. I brought it to his attention but he said “I can’t do anything about our bar patrons.” They were excessively drunk, behaving sexually in front of my kids, one vomited all over the common bathroom, and another fell over drunk. And you can’t say anything about it so that your paying guests can have a better experience??? I was looking for an upscale weekend experience with my family, but it’s not good to take your kids out until bar crowd leaves. People at the pool were not hotel guests but friends of the bar waitress-they were spitting in the pool and very inappropriate. Maybe security would be a good idea!
