- Location, clean, peaceful the room was remodeled.
- Nothing Booked the wrong place and within minutes called to explain. Still charged me. So not only did I have lay my child to rest i had to sleep in my car because I could not afford another place to sleep.
- The room was clean.
Cons -
- Nothing
- The customer service sucked. They have no heart. No soul. A grieving mother made a mistake (as if you sir never made a mistake before and realized it just a minute later) and I paid for it dearly. I will never stay with hotel line ever again.
- It was not what was portrayed online It needed, or was in process of, work. A lot of the work needed is cosmetic (painting, heavy cleaning). Ice machine was dirty Pool had no water
