- Very close to lots of shopping and access to I35
- Pretty clean, considering the price.

Cons -
- No
- Even though it was a non-smoking room, the place REEKED of cigarette smoke (there were even cigarette burns on the floor)! The light in the entry was hanging out of the ceiling, the blow-dryer in the bathroom didn't work, and the tub dripped constantly.
- It was ok .. I've seen worse for the same rate but over alk for it being a 2 star hotel it wasn't unbearable
