The room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom nice size and clean. Liked all of the lights. Cleaning staff were so sweet and front desk staff helpful.
Elevator was a nightmare and didn’t love valet only parking. Valets need a little training on customer service. My husband had to go in and talk to guy and he just stood there staring at my husband. Like boy helpful at all. My husband dropped everything he was holding and the guy just stared. My husband said we need a valet, guy said okay. My husband had to ask him what he needed to do. It was weird. My husband was the only one there. Next day the guys were better. Wish breakfast was included since parking and elevator weren’t great. Would have made it better.

The hotel is great: location, amenities and ambiance wise. I love the modern, contemporary look. Due to me having the Marriott app I didn’t have too much interaction with guest services. In the heart of downtown and walking distance to a lot of places such as the AT&T Discovery District. I enjoyed my stay.
The parking is very hectic even with valet being offered. I do feel like the parking rate is overpriced, especially after getting a nail in my tire. I don’t know where they park the cars. Due to the hotel being on a main, busy street downtown it can be very hard to park your car. Without possibly getting hit or an accident happening because of the congestion. My main pet peeve is the parking situation overall. Other than that the hotel is great.

It was a quality hotel.
I was having stalker problems that I was having elsewhere. This is not the fault of the mansgement, but they also did not aid. The price was slightly more than my pension would permit.

Location was great. One could walk to all the highlights in downtown Dallas. Room was very spacious and had all the amenities one expect.
Room was very dark so that I had to use the lights even during day time.
