Location was great…walking distance to shops and restaurants at Mockingbird Station and short drive to SMU campus, downtown and other Dallas sites. Room was spacious, comfortable and everything was updated and clean. Nice lobby and bar area. Would definitely stay there again!
No option to self park and $43 valet rate per day was a bit steep but guess that’s typical for the area.

The location is great. There are eateries and shopping right by it at Mockingbird Station. Super convenient to anything at SMU.
Simple items like water have to be purchased. Water should at least be offered upon arrival. Beds are a bit uncomfortable. Maybe update beds soon.

Ease of check-in and check-out. Use of parking garage.
Room smelled like dead mice. Neighbors attempted to enter our room in middle of the night, then proceeded to make huge amounts of noise after entering their own room. Definitely not much insulation between the two rooms.

Location was excellent.
1) the a/c unit leaked water so my travel bag that I left near it got soaked. We had to put towels around the AC to contain the water overnight.2) they only had room for us on the first floor which was what they called a pet floor. Not great for someone who has pet allergies. They couldn’t accommodate another room for us.

overall the hotel was a 7/10 very nice & great location
Paid parking, The shower did not close and had to change rooms and the shower still did not close shut, causing to shower with the shower door open . We wasnt informed what time breakfast was .

Nicely appointed room, very clean, with pleasant bold color scheme, great shower. Parking is free and self-parking is allowed, albeit with a short walk. People were very helpful during our stay with work spaces and complimentary parking pass for our visitor.
There is no complimentary breakfast. A breakfast service was offered for a fee, we did not try.
