The hotel is really nice, the room was big and had all the necessities. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. The parking lot was big and had a lot of space

Fair value for money for our 2 nights stay.Good location, free parking, nice staff, decent rooms.
Loud a/c (family room 2 queen beds) and the shower can use some renovation!

The hotel looked new on the inside. It was clean and it smelled great. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to all guests. There are tons of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The location is very convenient. I stayed there for 3 days for a conference and I already told them I'd be back next year.
I didn't like my turkey sausage in water? Not sure how they cooked it, but it lacked flavor. The breakfast itself was good, and I enjoyed the coffee.

Staff was extremely courteous, polite and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection. The neds were clean and comfortable.
The only complaint was the indoor pool smelled extremely strongly of chlorine.

The rooms need an actual cleaning. There was mold on the bathroom wall.

Room was very spacious and comfortable! Shower had excellent water pressure!
The tv was basically non functional. Wouldn't connect to wifi, and had no way to cast from phone or even channels.

The General Manager, Gene Trevino, cares about his customers as well as his valued staff. This is a comfortable hotel with a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff is obviously happy and friendly. Security guards, lighting, and fencing around parking.
