- Overall cleanliness and room quality.
- Extremely clean. Staff was very helpful! Gave me a list of local restaurants, which I appreciated. Sometimes paper is quicker! Rooms are updated, clean, tv a little bigger, shower is large.
- Pool was not well maintained and the hot tub was cold and the water gushed all over the pool deck. Disappointed.
Cons -
- I have already called in with details. The lobby has flies everywhere. Smelled like wet dog. My room was clean but had a very strong animal smell. I asked for a room that had not had pets. Shower door would not stay closed.
- Overall quality and extent of the breakfast offerings. A few minor enhancements like fresh fruit, higher quality coffee cups, and ingredients to add to the oatmeal would be appreciated.
